These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://funnelslayer.com, https://go.funnelslayer.com, any pages or funnels hosted under these domains and any services, products, or content provided by Funnelslayer LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Funnelslayer", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
There are no geographic restrictions on the use of our services. By using Funnelslayer, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Services Provided
Funnelslayer provides conversion-focused marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Custom sales funnel strategy, design, and development
- Funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Copywriting for funnels, landing pages, VSLs, and ads
- Automation and CRM setup (including GoHighLevel and similar platforms)
- Paid advertising strategy and funnel preparation (traffic execution remains client-controlled)
- Consulting, audits, and strategic advisory
-Digital products, templates, and funnel frameworks
The exact scope of services is defined per project and agreed upon prior to commencement.
4. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer
Funnelslayer does not guarantee results of any kind.
Client success depends on multiple factors beyond the funnel itself, including but not limited to:
- Offer quality and pricing
- Advertising strategy and execution
- Ad spend and traffic quality
- Market conditions
- Branding, positioning, and sales process
- Client follow-through and execution
Funnelslayer makes no representations or warranties regarding revenue, profits, ROAS, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
Projects begin after receipt of the initial payment, typically 50% of the total project fee.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery or milestone completion, as agreed.
Because all funnels are custom-built, payments are non-refundable once design or development begins.
Failure to complete payment may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or termination of services.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
- Timely feedback, approvals, and communication
- Accuracy of information, claims, and compliance-related content
- Advertising spend, traffic sources, and audience targeting
- Compliance with applicable laws, advertising platforms, and industry regulations
- Costs associated with third-party platforms, tools, software, and ad accounts
Funnelslayer may assist with copy or assets, but final approval and legal compliance always remain the client’s responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final, delivered funnel and related assets created specifically for them.
- Funnelslayer will not resell, reuse, or redistribute a client’s custom funnel to another party.
- Funnelslayer reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
8. Communication and Messaging
By engaging with Funnelslayer, you consent to receive communications via:
- SMS or text messaging
Messages may include project updates, service notifications, or operational communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Funnelslayer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnelslayer shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
- Data loss, advertising losses, or platform account issues
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Funnelslayer reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made on time
- Client breaches these Terms
- Client engages in unlawful, unethical, or abusive conduct
Termination does not waive payment obligations for work already completed.
12. Changes to These Terms
Funnelslayer may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
